It was quiet.  The staff was respectful and my interview was finished in less than 20 minutes.  The only issue I had was the long drive from  where I live into Norfolk. It was a 3 hr drive but at least it was scenic and there was no mishaps along the way.

Been there because of my biometrics appointment. Security guards were friendly and guided me to the room I have to be. In there, the staff was super nice and everything was done in like 5 minutes. Great!

The lady at the front desk was very nice to us! But once we got to the waiting room area and our number was called, the lady there gave us misleading information and made it obvious that she was trying to rush us to get out. So I came back the next day to talk to a man that had experience in answering the questions I had and he was very rude. He never asked to talk to us in his office, he resided to shout his questions and answers to us infront if the whole waiting room. He was anxious and almost acted disgusted with us and didn't want to help at all.

They are taking so long to review an application, they need to have more staff.

The staff here is awesome! We arrived an hour and a half late due to accident on highway and they were so kind and understanding. Worked is right in for my dads appointment! Wonderful staff!
