Story

The Quality Inn & Suites is located in the beautiful southern end of the ocean front where the beaches are the widest. All of our rooms face the ocean with a private balcony, king bed and sofa bed or two double beds. All rooms also come with refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board, coffee maker and hairdryer. Your room also includes a Deluxe Continental Breakfast Buffett. Indoor and Outdoor pool and Restaraunt and Bar are also on-site.

Along the ocean front, the Quality Inn has a unique design with curved hallways so the all rooms face the pool and beach (I think). Walk to many restaurants & shops. Helpful staff. Parking across the street in a 'LL garage. Nice stay, reasonable price.

The value for the price was excellent. The property is old but clean. The staff at the front desk never spoke to me or acknowledged that I was even there. Their smart phones kept them too busy. I walked by the front desk at least a dozen times in 3 days and was never greeted, after check in. I was spoke to when I checked in and when I checked out but other than that, I had 2 maintenance employees speak to me while I was there and they did smile. Customer service is very important but obviously, the front desk employees at this property don't agree with me. I had a message on my phone in my room. I called the front desk 7 times and no one ever picked up the phone. I actually went to the front desk to inquire about my message light on my phone. I do not recommend this property. If you want a hotel under 100$ a night with ocean views and comfy sheets, this is a great choice. The front desk attendant was pleasant and the coffee was great! Needs some updating and no indoor pool like other hotels, but it did the job.

Some tips: 1- be polite to Mr. India the manager in front desk 2- talk to him and other front desk employees with smile and full respect. 3- do not expect smile or customer service, else you will be shown the door. 4- rooms are so tiny like a tall guy will not fit, make sure to suffer it with all due respect 5- if something broken, do not expect it will fix. Be happy that you have room by ocean front, nevertheless, this is the only ocean front hotel. 6- Hoo yeah; the only people way above low standards of the manager Mr. India is the breakfast area employees. They are awesome and great. Soon Mr. India will terminate them all, because they are nice to guests. Finally pay $40 more and respect your self and family. Go to other hotel.
