Very poor service, I don’t think they like there jobs as every time we go there they never smile, are very short and rude with us. Today our appointment was at 9:30 there was another appointment at 9:00 but this person didn’t show up and we were there at 9:00. They refused to take our papers until 9:30 it’s now 10:30 and we are still waiting. Also filed a complaint directly to USDA in D.C.

Start you document verification more than a week early!  Their two-day turnaround is bull snot.  

Our documents arrived at their office Wednesday at 09:40, and as of Saturday, still haven't been processed.  

(...as shown in the FedEx return tracking numbers that I prepaid -- see attached screenshot)

So now we have to go there in-person first thing Monday morning, so that we don't miss our flight Tuesday.

Staff here are very rude.  They're open until 4:00 pm. but at 3:00pm. they told me there were nobody to help me, because they are closing.

Appointments only but if have everything in order they are very quick to process.

Some staff are very rude. Often provide incomplete information, requiring multiple trips. They open at 7:30 but the vet doesn't arrive until much later (9:00 am or later) which prevents them from signing off documents.
