I admire the patience and professionalism of everyone who has ever served me. These really are admirable people, in a world where customer service almost does not exist anymore.

I gave three stars and not one because of this location has never gave me problems. But as a whole the USPS is the only place where you can continually not deliver things correctly or on time and continue to get business. This is the problem with govt jobs. If it were possible for someone to put you out of business they would.

i did a certified mail 3 weeks ago and still it didn't reach to its destination as yet, im so flipping upset right now.

I wouldn't even give this place a one star rating. I have been waiting to speak to someone and for my call to be returned and all i continue to get is Brenda's voicemail for days.  My package is marked perishable and priority yet it has been sitting in the Albany facility and was suppose to be delivered yesterday or today the latest and its not even in route to its destination. Other people I have spoke to have been waiting on packages as well for more than a week and they have also not arrived. Finally spoke to Jane through another phone number I tracked down and she was so helpful and calm in assisting with me. Thank you Ms. O'Donald.
