Absolutely horrible post office. My package which contains a high dollar item has been lost at this post office for 12 days. I called during business hours (even though it's 24/7 I called at noon) and the woman who answered sounded like I woke her up. Our conversation was:
Me: "Hi there Ma'am I have package that seems to be in a shipping loop (processing exception for 12 days) and was wondering if I could have a label remade for my package" but around the word "remade" I was interrupted mid sentence and she said "let me transfer you" and didn't wait for a reply. She transferred me to a dead line. No pickup and directly to a dropped call. This place seems fishy and I've already lost 2 packages to them. I'm going to be out almost $400 because this place can't get their act together. Such a waste of my tax dollars and I can't get any help.

The worst place to have package that they know is worth something sent to.Two different times got my packages stolen.Never even tried to deliever them.They just disappeared.
