Despite all the negative reviews, I've been doing online shopping every month for the past two years and every package I get goes through this post office right before getting to mine.
I've only had to view this post offices reviews about twice in those two years out of frustration with a SLIGHT delay in my shipment. 
I've never had anything go missing despite all the reviews you're reading. 
However even my own post office has horrible service and workers so I'm not going to knock everyone else's bad experience.

worst post office, they deliver to the wrong houses, they never ring the bell when delivering a package, and the post master is never here to talk to, cause when you call the number its always like an hour wait, they always take your info and say they will call you back and nothing.  They all should be fired and rehire the whole ogfice.

Mail Lost - I'm pretty sure this is where mail goes to die. AKA I think they have a ring of theft going on in this post office and that goes for the processing center as well. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM. Your mail will get pulled off the belt and pocketed.

I don't think you can blame the delivery from one State, to the one who does the actual delivery or doorbell ringing ..... Two different places n delivery process.
