Woman up on me when all I had was a question in regards to a package that was in transit. Super unpleasant woman. This is why no one likes using the US Postal service.

This is a sorting location, but GREAT customer service!!! We drop off multiple packages on a weekly basis. They scan all items quickly, and our customers are always happy with the quick delivery of their packages.

It was Terrible.We ordered a football Helmet and it never came.BECAUSE THEY LOST/ Must be careless with there items and that's why there rated so low   and now they tell me to wait even though i have football practice which is Ultimate Crap so we have to wait probably another month.If i were you i would do it somewhere else like UPS or FedEx something better than that BS system

Very rude staff and they ALWAYS have attitudes. Be happy you have a job to do otherwise find something else that makes you happy.
