This postal office delivers to my complex but it has to have the worst mail carrier ever. I get a notice via email that my package has been delivered. Normally a key is left in my mailbox for access to the package locker for large items that cannot fit into the regular box...no key to be found or package anywhere. I go to my leasing office and they have no package for me. Gut feeling says look in the "unlocked" package lockers and there is my package unsecured just sitting alone. 

If you're dealing with this post office you may want to take additional steps to ensure your packages aren't mislaid because of someone else's incompetence.

Worst service ever! One employee was so rude ( Sheryl   the blonde lady with glasses)... not helpful at all... constantly trying to rip people off... makes some people buy tape, but give others their tape... she made me and my husband buy tape, even though we were sending priority & using priority boxes!!! I spoke with the supervisor Ms. Taylor & told her this....

Two times now I've gone inside to buy postage, only to be told they are OUT OF STAMPS!  Seriously---how does a post office run out of stamps!  I'm tired of the "couldn't care less" and  overall bad attitude of the staff at this facility.  Good luck trying to get the postmaster on the phone to discuss the stamps situation.  No one here actually answers a phone.  Beyond frustrating.  If I could send first-class letters via Fed-Ex or UPS I would!  There's something really wrong with the postal system customer service, but no one is accountable.  So aggravating that I can't even take my business elsewhere.

Made appointment for passport & wasn’t seen on time. I chose the option on department of state website to see my passport fees before the appointment but was told a different amount by the Asian fellow processing the passports. He added multiple services that were deemed “optional” on the us department of state website such as $15 overnight shipping of the passport once it’s finished processing. When i told him I didn’t want overnight shipping he told me it was required. I asked for the fees in writing he stated he didn’t have it since they change the fees often. He then tells me since I chose the expedited option I also have to pay an additional $23 to the post office so that they can mail my application overnight even though on the department of state website  thats an optional fee. So either the us department of state website is lying or the Asian passport processor was lying. Would never use them again. Stay clear of this place bunch of slow working crooks.

This post office is awful. The mail lady who delivers our mail is ALWAYS late...delivering at 6pm??? She is so rude and can't drive the truck worth a damn. Smh...this post office is horrible
