I feel like other dentists I've been going to recently are just out for my money. This clinic does everything at half the cost and is a really nice clinic. The dentist is great, they are upfront about things that need to be done, and they do it without trying to take my whole paycheck from me. The are knowledgeable, nice, and can always fit me in when I need to get there and work around my schedule. I've already recommended them to everyone I know.

I went there for a consultation to get what's called 3 on 6. The staff was nice and the doctor was nice too but they weren't willing to work out the cost with me :( this is a costly treatment for a father of 4 kids and a wife at home with one job. the treatment is $10k which is way cheaper than other places but I can't afford it so I asked them if I can pay $6000 down and make a payment of $200 a month but they refused! I still have family to support and I'm really in need of the dental work done as soon as possible. I'm hoping DR Robert will read this and help and I would be very thankful.

Price is cheap, but friendly service is not always best.  Don't pay over the phone, because money will go somewhere else and you will be charged again.  Appointment is 80% half hour late so don't make plans to tight.  I made a mistake going for less expensive, you know you get what you paid for.

We were new patients and we have gotten deep cleanings done. When we really needed help with a toothache was told that we could come and be seen. All that was done was they sent us home with antibiotics and we were put on a wait list to have a root canal done the next month! My question is why the hell wasnt this explained to me when I called and asked to be seen?!? I would have called around to be seen somewhere else. Also, they had time and billed me for all my deep cleanings (which are very pricy) and didn't see it necessary to do a root canal first? That just doesn't make sense to me. Seems like they want to bill you for unnecessary services before they get to the root of the problem. Their receptionist isn't friendly either! I was told when I complained about the miscommunication that I could take my business elsewhere. Talk about baaaad customer service.  I would seriously avoid bringing your business here!

I was not happy  with Utah Smile Clinic. I was quoted a price of $1499 and when I paid after the implant I said I wanted to pay the whole bill, which I did.  After the crown was put on,, I was told I owed another $500. I said I had paid in full, and they said that didn't include the crown and the flipper since it was a front tooth and I did not want to go without a tooth for 3 months. I was told the Dr. must have "forgotten " to include the crown.  Just be sure you have the real total or you will find yourself paying much more that you expected.
