Unprofessional,  rude, lazy, self intitled etc.
Simply picking up the phone is clearly far to much to effort for the employees. I 
Try calling back and waited.... only to be hung up on again. 
So nice to know our veteran's are well cared for.

Great Service, I have read a few negative posts about this place and there not true. The service is excellent yes sometimes you do have to wait but most of the time I get in a little early. Most of the staff is kind and treat you well. Every one can have a bad day so give them a break, there serving us veterans.

Worst ever... Waited over an hour for lab work. After getting rude with the guy at the desk twice, he finally told us to just go back. In the Lab it was marked as done, without ever have anything done. And waiting again because the lab orders have been lost..
Would have rather driven the 45 mins to Tampa and received better service...

Refused me service because just moved here and don't have address. Found out later they don't know what they are doing. But still waiting!
