The best bike shop in Hudson Valley hands down. The friendliest, most honest, patient, kind, gentle owner who cares deeply about client service and meeting the customer in terms of quality repairs and cost. I applaud how the owner makes his prices affordable for customers and always provides and honest approach to any bike repair project. I have taken my bikes from other shops because the more higher end shops are only interested in getting you to buy their bikes instead of repairing what you have and if they do repair your bike, then the costs is almost half the cost of a new bike in their inventory. NOT VAILS GATE CYCLE. The owner never tries to force you to purchase his bikes, rather he goes the extra mile to find parts in order to keep you bike in working order. Lets support this shop by taking all our bikes there for repair or scheduled maintenance tune ups. This is the best bike shop in the area.

I had a wonderful experience the other day when we dropped my daughters bike off to be repaired. Friendly, fast and affordable. I highly recommend!
