Unfortunately I can't rate this shop a 0 star. Being an avid rider for years and my own mechanic I can't say this shop was a pleasant experience. An electronically issue (beyond my ability) was presented to them. Given at eta of 2 weeks and them being a tune shop I expected no issue as my problem was ecu related. 2 MONTHS 7 PHONE CALLS, THEM SEIZING MY BIKE (them fixing that issue) and 900 dollars later, the bike is no better off, Zero progress and I've had to trailer the bike away from the store. Avoid at all costs

STAY AWAY The fact there are so many clearly fake positive reviews should tell you that alone. They are no experts, they should be working at a Jiffy Lube.

I have a low mileage, older Vulcan. Lost first gear, which means complete disassembly of the engine. Local dealership wouldn't discuss doing it, basically saying the bike was disposable due to age. Idropped it off in November, and Bruce and Dale had it ready for me by the first week of April; around the normal work they take in. I've been using Valley Cycle since 94, when I started riding on a 72 Honda.

Just saved me from having to get a new tire!! Came in for an oil change and Bruce spotted a tiny metal circle in my tire- it was a nail :( SOOO grateful that he saw it before it caused an issue. He was able to plug it in no time at all and now I'm back on the road- safely. Thank you! See you when I have to get a new tire!
