This rating is not a reflection of the doctor but rather of the service received over the phone. Receptionist was short and dismissive when I called as though I was wasting her time. Told me they aren't taking new patients, which is fine but does not justify treating an inquiring person rudely.

Dr. Hoebel is great but the support staff and Valley Health can't answer what insurance she accepts, making it kind of complicated to see Dr. Hoebel.
