This medical office is a mess! I switched over my family from Swedish Primary care to this office about half a year ago. Filled out a waiver to have my sons medical records transferred from Swedish, signed a proxy to have my kids under my name in MyChart. After 6 months my sons records still haven't been transferred over, better yet they have no indication that I signed the waiver. Called the office to see why my sons still were not under my name in MyChart, they transferred me over to Accounting department for some reason, then over to some clinic, and then back to this office, which could have helped me out to begin with instead of transferring me all over the place just to quickly check and tell me that they don't have the proxy signed on file! I know I signed it! I know I asked about my sons medical history still not being available to them, and they said not to worry, it may take time, and now they are saying we don't have the waiver and to call Swedish and ask them (don't they need to follow up?) especially if they have a record of sending the waiver. Its been six months!! I'm staying with SWEDISH. This is horrible!
