I had a WONDERFUL experience with both Drs Steven Nance and Jeff Nance. I have high risk pregnancies but I felt that they were both very knowledgeable. The best part about their service is how personable they are. I felt like they knew who I was at each visit and truly cared how I was doing. The bedside manner was top notch! I also loved their staff. They were always on the ball with getting me back to see the doctor quickly and VERY friendly. Dr. Jeff Nance delivered my baby by c-section with his father assisting. It couldn't have gone smoother. I loved my experience with this ENTIRE office!

My mom recommended me Dr. Nance when I was having troubles getting pregnant. He was very helpful and understanding, I'm now 35 weeks pregnant and he's made it so I feel comfortable and makes sure I'm understanding everything that's going on through the pregnancy. I couldn't ask for a better doctors for my first!

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Father and son share their their patients so sometimes you see the song and sometimes you see the father. The song knew what medications I was on and told me not to stop taking them and that it was OK for my pregnancy. The father however came to deliver my baby and had a freakout when he realized that I had been taking a certain medication throughout my pregnancy. And I constantly had to remind the older one at every appointment that i was having a girl even though he had written it down multiple times...the son is awesome and very well educated but they don't share information with each other to keep updated on their patients and youre constantly having to remind them of things.

I've only met the son, but he was awesome. Gave me info. That my previous Dr. Was too busy to give. Not impressed with the staff, but the dr. Is great.

Well I tried to call and make an appointment but definitely wont be after speaking with their unbelievably rude receptionist. Selected the option for setting up an appt. She answers and asks me to hold, 9 minutes go by.... holding... once she finally pics the phone back up she asks me what I needed to be seen for. I explained to her that my daughter needed to be seen to have her birth control implant removed/replaced. She then says to me ( her tone of voice sounded annoyed or put out for some reason) "Well, ugh, where did you go when you had the implant placed?" I told her where but I don't know why that's even relevant . I also told her that I had just moved to the area and therefore needed to find a new doctor. Then she tells me ( with her annoyed tone) "well you're going to have to call back and hit the option for billing because I'm going to need to get an approval before I set up an appointment cuz I'm not even sure we can do it without one" I ended up just hanging up on her. She's lucky I didn't go off on her for being such a nasty, mean, put-out grouch. I don't understand why she couldn't just transfer me to her billing department for this so-called approval which I also don't understand why there's an issue if they're in network with my insurance? And where the procedure was originally done should be irrelevant it was 3 to 4 years ago, nasty ol' hag!
