Amazing service and very friendly and understanding staff.  Dr. Lewis is an amazing vet and I would most definitely recommend him to all my friends, family, and to anyone else looking for a pet vet.  Their prices are reasonable and Dr. Lewis does house calls for an additional small fee.  He works with big and small animals.

I have had nothing but compassionate Care from the staff at Valley View! I always love their down to earth atmosphere and all the staff I have met are friendly. Just recently I got the privilege of meeting and working with Dr. Fisher and he was very kind, patient, and helpful in helping me make a never easy decision of prolonging my dog's life or letting her go to sleep. I appreciate his honesty and thorough explanation of everything. Also affordable and quality care!

Dr. Lewis is truly a caring and kind veterinarian. He was there for me and my cat Baby, when we needed him. Even though it was after hours on a Saturday late afternoon. 
He is not like a lot of the vets one comes across these days who only care about how much money they can charge.
I believe he really cares about the animals he treats, not how much they can make him.
I would highly recommend Dr. Lewis at Valley View Veterinarian Clinic in Twin Falls, Idaho.

I appreciate, trust, and respect Dr. Lieu, Dr. Fisher and the staff at Valley View. 
One evening Dr. Fisher returned my call and met me at the clinic after hours when my daschund was ill due to xylitol. He was so kind and patient with us. I was very concerned but grateful. He’s a good guy; he’s very down to earth. 
When my Siberian Labrador was hit by a car the receptionist said to come in and it didn’t matter that they were about to close. When I pulled up a veterinary technician was holding the door open and waiting for us. Dr. Lieu is very professional and sweet. I always enjoy talking with her. She not only helped my girl that night; she helped me feel better about the incident.

So I have debated over this, but I feel someone needs to know. About a month ago I called to have my dog seen. I have been using you guys for yrs. The lady on the phone was rude, less than helpful and did not care about my dog at all. She told me if it was an emergency I could call someone else. This upsets me bc I feel the vets here are very caring. I have since taken my pets elsewhere, to someone who actually cares about my dog like I do
