I love this place. They always are very helpful with all my questions about my cats and dog. They give you options for your pets treatment and explain why it is or isn't recommended. I love how they treat my pets. They also send very cute postcards for reminders.

Very nice staff and reasonable prices.  They do a good job of handling a tough puppy as well.  Reminder cards are also pretty cute.

I absolutely love this clinic and could not be happier with how they treat my pets like their own! They take the time necessary and make me feel important and that I am a priority. Dr. Heinz is incredibly knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond. If you are looking for a vet this is the your new home!

I brought my puppy in the other day and she only looked at it for a second and said it will probably die and there's nothing she can do. So I brought it to the Jerome animal clinic and they took it right in and are taking care of it. Now it's going to live! If I didn't bring it to Jerome it would have died

We have been to Rupert a few times and were VERY pleased.  It took us a while to situate our priorities and when one of my sweet dogs became ill, Rupert Animal Clinic was the only place to take Tucker in an emergency.  We were so pleased with their help and concern - even after Tucker came home, Dr. Heins kept texting often for several days until Tucker was better -no other doctor ever gave us anyway near what we received at Rupert Animal Clinic - we are with them now, permanently now!  In our opinion, they ARE the BEST and very caring!!!!  Jan
