I love my Dr here. There may be bad reviews from years past but Dr Yamamoto is amazing and very attentive and caring. She even stopped by to visit me after a surgery while I was in recovery. If you are lucky enough to get in with her, she is great.

I love this place!! My Dr. Is amazing and always answers all if my crazy questions with out making me feel silly. I will always come here for my pregnancy care!! Thank you Dr. Yakimoto

Horrible service. I went in for a very important ER follow up, when I get there the receptionist has me fill out my paperwork and I wait for about 15 minutes for her to tell me that my doctor is away doing a surgery. Okay, cool whatever. So she tells me to come back the following day at 8 am, which I do. When I go to check in, the same lady from the previous day tells me the appointment was made for the following week. I was in too much pain to even argue so I just walk out. I come the following week and actually get seen by a doctor. BUT he didn't do an exam or anything to make sure I was healing. He just gave me a pamphlet and sent me on my way. Clearly these people don't care about their patients!

My girlfriend and I could not have had a better experience. This is our second child through Valley Women's Clinic. The staff was always courteous, caring, and professional. By the time we were done there they knew us by name without having to check the system. The front desk staff was amazing and always made sure to help us get connected with the right person if we called with any questions. We never once had a problem with our prescriptions! The ultrasound staff, and blood draw staff were fantastic and very friendly. 

We used Dr. Tagavilla as our OB on both pregnancies and he is the biggest reason we returned the second time. He always makes you feel at ease, empathizes with your situation, and makes sure any questions you might have are addressed and answered. He really made our pregnancy much less stressful and easy!

The nursing staff was fantastic as well, they were also very attentive and friendly. They made you feel very welcome and cared for. They never complained when we had paperwork that needed to be filled out, or had a lot of questions, they were always very courteous and helpful. 

Overall our experience was phenomenal and being right across the street from the hospital we were going to deliver at was a huge bonus for us. We can not say enough nice things about the staff across the board there. They are fantastic!
