Me and my wife are New to the area and decided to go into Value City Furniture to look around and if we found anything we liked to possibly purchase the item or at least inquiry about the item of interest. Well that did not happen and will never happen... We walked in the store not knowing what time they closed until we saw the opening and closing hours again we never been there, first time ever... Well as we walk in no one greeted us and there were 3 people in a group that worked there that looked at us and continued to have there conversation.... That was strike 1. Then as we are walking to look around a sales associate walked up to us and said "welcome to Value City" we replied thank you and said its our first time here. She then took a seat in and accent chair and said well you got 10 minutes to shop.. Thats strike 2.... Very disrespectful to tell a potential customer that...So we continue to walk around the establishment and the people in the back around the side wall where the computers are looked at us and walked off as we approached the desk. We stood there reading the little booklets on the desk trying to see what finance options they had... So the lady walks back up to the desk and did not say a word to us... So we then ask could you explain what type of finance options are available. She seemed very confused on how to even explain the process of there options and did not seem interested in answering any questions we had. All in all we were in and out in under 8 minutes.... Not a great first impression Value City.... You will not have my business at all.

Ordered furniture last week. Picked it up today.  WRONG FURNITURE!!!! Now got to wait a week to take this furniture back and pick up knew set. They could have picked it up since its their mistake. Not happy😠

The Acceptance Now Program at this location is horrible. I have been through the Acceptance Now Program before at another furniture store and was able to pay off my balance in 90 days. My payments were set up for me to do so. This wasn't the case at this store. I didn't have that option and I was under the impression they were all the same. That's my fault.  The employees in this department are horrible. Very poor customer service. Very unprofessional! The assistant manager, a woman, has a very nasty attitude. If I didn't need the items I have I would have returned them long ago just to be done with this store. Never again!!!

I paid more than half for a couch and they continuosly pushed my delivery date back by over two months, but while making the sale the sales rep kept me under the impression that my couches would be delivered that Friday. Just completely unreliable and unprofessional.

I had a wonderful time picking out furniture with my brother. The furniture and displays were wonderful, but the best part was having a sweet woman named Barbara help us out. If you come here, ask for her!
