I had purchased a dining room table today and received excellent customer service from sales associate Kimberly Ray.  Ms. Ray was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Her assistance today ensured my shopping experience at VCF was pleasant and memorable. I do not recommend ordering anything from this company. Here’s what happened to me 
I ordered a couch. Table and chairs. Decor tree. When this was delivered the delivery guys left a mess on my floor. My tables and chairs were dirty they were suppose to clean them they did not and I had to ask them to put the legs on the ottoman and they left it flipped upside down. They never took my decor tree out of the box the guy seriously ran from my front door to his truck to hurry and leave. So me and my husband take this huge tree out of a box and of course the bottom of the tree is completely smashed and ruined. So have to call customer service showed them pictures of everything. They apologized and said I’d have to wait another week for someone to pick up my damaged tree and bring me a new one. Okay it’s time for delivery day. I have to call them because no one contacted me with a time they just gave me the day. Of course they never followed through and this was not scheduled. Again got a sorry and wanted me to wait another week for them to pick up the damaged tree and the tree is out of stock. Way to many mistakes on this Company’s part. I’m now just having the tree returned and receiving my money back. Let’s see how long this takes. I was planning on buying all new bedroom furniture for my room and my kids rooms with this company. Not now. They are unreliable and delievery service was horrible. I’ll never purchase from this company again.

Bought couches today from Wild Bill, Bill Crewson and despite shopping with 3 children under 6 it was a pleasant experience. Bill was extremely knowledgeable, honest and funny. He was fast, kind to our crazy kids and patient. Highly recommend purchasing through Bill!

Worst place to buy furniture from. Could care less to compensate customer for being lied to about delivery and set up. The saying we can give you 25-50 bucks please what a joke. Hey if you want furniture and don't care to wait over the expected delivery dates by all means go for it But if the screw up anything its on the customer just remember that. Because I order a bed frame and dresser. Ok king size and dresser will be in to you in on week. Great let's order that right wrong they call me the day before to tell me it was tagged as queen and I won't get it for another week. After I'm arguing with the on the phone nothing was done. Remind you I add to that order before I was told it would be delayed. So I got the bed and dresser but I get a call for the delivery on my second order and guess what they can't get it to me on the day I played for it to arrive and the day the promised the manager her is no help the company could care less to do anything. Plus the don't have their on delivery people it's all subcontractors with enterprise rental trucks it would be better for you to rent the truck and pick up the stuff but being handicapped  I can't do that so just keep that all in mind just one time is all it takes. Also their management team and employes no help they want to stand and listen to what you are saying and then run and tell other employees while you are standing there to laugh at you what dose he or she care they got their commission off your suffering
