I saw a negative comment about Molyneaux TV commercials. If you can't like the delight of using lovable pets and children in a TV ad, my reply is, "get a life". In my opinion they effectively communicate their message in an upbeat and adorable way, and make me smile every time I see them! Molyneaux, keep them coming! They reinforce your warm and welcoming, brand personality; refreshing in our world of such negative messaging. And, it is a well-known fact, your quality and service is unmatched among flooring retailers in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.

Very satisfied! Our saleswoman Jenn Skeels was fantastic. She went above and beyond bringing samples to our home for consideration. She stayed in contact throughout the entire project. Absolutely thrilled with the finished product. Installers did an amazing job. Very happy with the entire Molyneaux team.

We had Molyneaux install tile and carpet many years ago and are in the process of replacing it. We are also carpeting a large family room and stairs. We obtained bids from a number of places and, after a home visit from our sales person, Bob Thomas, we elected to go again with Molyneaux. Bob was in touch with me several times before our appointment to get a feel for what we were looking for. He even suggested I send him pictures of things I liked to ensure he brought products that would be of interest. Originally we were interested in hardwood floors but I was uncertain if ii was interested because I liked hardwood or because it seems to be the thing to do. Bob brought a number of samples and made suggestions on both hardwood and carpet and, in the end, we chose to stay with carpet with an entranceway of luxury vinyl (which looks identical to hardwood to me). Bob also made suggestions on the type of carpet, color, etc for our family room. While waiting for the products to arrive, I began to consider adding another entranceway from the outside and garage to the family room and called Bob. He came by with coordinating tile samples and, even though there would be an additional cost (and more commission for him), he did not push us toward the add-on. That and the fact that he did not push us into all hardwood floors) in our living room but gave us useful ideas and alternates demonstrated a true sense of integrity. I like the fact that Molyneaux can give you a price right at your appointment. We are repeat customers — We carpeted 3 bedrooms a few months ago and Molyneaux did an excellent job. I would rate Molyneaux very high in customer service as well as excellent quality. Great job - very, very pleased.

Great service. Cindy Benson did an out standing job. The installers were very good and courteous with us. Will be using these guys for the future changes we make!

This is a local business that has been around for 80 years. It’s unfair to judge the company by the tv commercials, especially against the standards of multinational chains with million dollar budgets! I have only had good experiences with this company. Please be fair to your small local family businesses. They are your Pittsburgh neighbors!
