My roommate and I entered this place looking for a couch and with the help of Sally had found the perfect one literally 5 minutes later. I don't think anything in my life has ever been that easy. Super friendly and helpful people, good prices, and so far it seems good quality. They offer insurance on your purchase which is good for 5 years, and the cost of it can be applied to a new purchase at the end of that period if it goes unused! They offer free shipping and delivery, and are even bringing the couch to our second floor apartment! We had a great experience overall!

I had a wonderful experience in ordering my mattress at this location. I had a pretty good idea on a few mattresses that I was leaning towards, however I hadn’t gotten a chance to “try” out any of these mattresses and I was apprehensive. Luckily, Sally helped me from the beginning to the very end (even after delivery). She was excellent, patient, and went over and beyond in making sure that all of my needs were met. She tested me out for the type of mattress that would suit my body, and with that I was able to find the mattress of my dreams! Sally truly made the experience special and pleasant. Please refer to Sally, you won’t regret it!

Sally Reilly was an Excellent sales person. I came to look at recliners not sure that I was going to buy. She did everything to accommodate us. She showed us a wide selection of recliners. There was never any pressure to buy but we felt extremely comfortable with the quality, and price. Sally was extremely professional and courteous, making us very comfortable. She is a perfect example of how salesmanship should be demonstrated. We purchased our recliner and will be back when we need another piece of furniture. You should be very proud of your Eatontown, NJ store.

Truly enjoyed my experience at Value City Furniture. On two occasions I had Pam help me out and she always went the extra mile. Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable, I truly felt at home in this furniture store. Because I had such a good experience the first time I had to come back! Gina was awesome as well, helped us get a wonderful discount and was quite knowledgeable on the products I wanted. Steven, the manager, also was very kind and funny and improved the whole shopping experience. With the Labor Day sales and the free delivery, how could you go wrong. I highly recommend shopping here, best furniture store in town.

Everyone was very friendly, and very relaxed. Had great floor deals and great financing. Can't wait for my new sleeper sofa to arrive!
