I had to give it one star to post because there is no no Stars icon. But in my post Kmart gets No Stars. Nothing improves. Garden Center automatic outside doors were locked and I had no access until an associate opened and held them with her hands. As for check-out it continues to be a disaster. Extremely slow and tedious with usual rem of paper for a receipt. If I were the CEO of this chain, I would start with streamlining the check-out to make it quicker and customer friendly. However this store has been like this for the last few years. Sad no one has addressed this.

Dated, non existing staff. When you do need help it's a process. Customer service is extremely poor. Stock is spares with tons of empty facings and store overall looks like it's on the verge of closing. Sale stickers everywhere but when you cross reference the sale prices with other prices at stores around you and online it's the regular price. Yellow clearance stickers litter many items. Some items are reduced while other remain regular price. We waited for over twenty minutes even after asking for help on two separate visits when using layaway. Once we walked over to the empty counter we we welcomed by another's customers warning today. Once a line formed eventually we got helped. Shop at your own discretion.

This Kmart is always stocked and clean. They have a lot of great stuff!
