Reserved a room five days in advance, got a voicemail late in the evening three days later telling me the room was unavailable. Told me a part-timer with no authority took my reservation and credit card info. Not even an any apology, just excuses. Some of the most gallingly unprofessional nonsense I've ever heard in my life. Forget it.
EDIT: In hindsight, I realize this reservation was most likely dumped in order to jack up the rate for the weekend of the solar eclipse. Other hotels were caught in the act of dropping reservations made over a year in advance, but it takes a special mix of incompetence and unscrupulousness to drop one made in the same week. Stay at the Mission if you're in a bind, you'll be treated with more respect.

Well I have stayed at the motel several times. This is really the only motel that I like in the Eugene. The rooms are very clean. The bedding smells fresh and is clean. The room that I have been In has a really comfortable bed and I loved how much room that I have in the room to just sit and chill. It seems to be quiet at night and even during the day. It is extremely easy to check in and checking out you can just put your key in the box right outside the door. The management is extremely helpful and very kind. I would recommend this place for others....

I had a room that has two beds and it was very spacious. Sheets looked and smelled fresh. The staff are really polite and will help you with anything if they can. The manager is kind polite and makes sure that you are happy with your stay. I enjoy when I am at this motel for any length of time. They have a laundry room for the guests that stay here. I feel safe being here. Over all I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

We have stayed here 3 times and will continue to come back anytime we are in Eugene. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, the staff are very accommodating, and the price is more than reasonable.

Terrible. Felt gross inside the room. Very sketchy neighborhood. The bed sheets made me and my girlfriend itch. We tried to just ignore it and sleep but couldn't. Lasted about 5 minutes and left. Full of bugs. The door lock was horrible and didn't even lock. Recommend going somewhere else especially if you have kids!!
