I drove an hour each way to visit this clinic for an evaluation and got the procedure and it was worth the drive.  My dog had been in need of a dental exam and cleaning and now her teeth are Clean, her breath is fresh  and she has no more discomfort in her mouth.  The staff were all great from the front desk to the techs to the veterinarian.  I cannot speak more highly!

Dr Mark Faldzinski and tech Hayley were amazing! I brought my very nervous dog in for immunizations and the staff was compassionate and competent. I'm also grateful to Janet at Great Falls Kennel for recommending them. Not only competent but reasonable pricing in an expensive area. Thank you!

First, the vet seemed perfectly nice and the place was clean. 

Here's my beef: when you call to make an appointment you're not calling their office, you're calling a switchboard in like Tennessee. The "receptionist," aka person in Tennessee, gave me "a better address than google" and told me the office had x-ray capabilities. The address was some random spot on the highway, and when I finally did find the place I learned they DO NOT have x-ray capabilities. The the vet's credit, he advised I go somewhere with an x-ray--but that's exactly what I was trying to do! This office, and those folks in Tennessee (or wherever their receptionist is) really need to get on the same page. My sick cat did not need to spend three hours on a useless trip, and I didn't need to pay for a totally unnecessary visit given there will be no follow up.

I have visited Value Vet twice and saw Dr.Watts and his technician Ashton both times. The doctor took time to answer all of my questions and concerns about my sick pup. He did not make me feel rushed and/or pressured regarding treatment and options as most vets do. The best part is I was able to treat my dog with the highest quality care at affordable prices. The technician was very knowledgable and made me feel comfortable from the moment I came in to the moment I left. My dog was also very calm with her when usually he gets all riled up at the vets. Lastly, there facility is SUPER clean and smells GOOD! I always leave feeling good about my visit! I would highly recommend Value Vet if you want great care at affordable prices!
