Bad experience. They didn't take us back for a consult; did it in the waiting room. Left us waiting for a very long time even though we were the only ones there and were unprofessional; our dog had an accident and wasn't feeling well. It was cleaned immediately and a tech came up front and complained 3-4 times about the smell. Tried to charge us almost $1800 to give fluids and have our dog fast overnight.

I came here because our vet recommended it but I will not be returning. Our dog who never barks, not even at the vet, was barking in the back as well.

The receptionists and technicians were very nice and helpful. We saw Dr. Pugh who was nice, but not communicative. we had to wait over an hour for each test and she couldn't just let us know her opinion without consulting other doctors. She didn't seem confident in any diagnoses and her suggestion seemed to be just exploratory surgery as a solution which was extreme for a 13 year old dog. We decided not to do exploratory surgery and went to another vet the next day and my dog was given an anti inflammatory injection and his condition has improved. Perhaps it was because of the holidays and the place was busy, but she just seemed too worried about being wrong to be able to communicate with us about the process and the treatment options.

After doing some extensive research on where to take my 12 old female boxer Morgan for an emergency visit due to some breathing problems, I decided to take her to The Hope Center last night around 11:30pm. The staff completely surpassed all my expectations, from the receptionist who made me feel calm and understood that it was my baby girl that I was bringing in, to Michelle Marriott the onsite tech that took us to a private room to take the initial vitals and made sure my baby girl was stable, to the amazing emergency doctor Caro, who made me and my better half feel at ease and like we were part of the family. We are extremely grateful and thankful for the whole staff there!!! Highly recommend this place, they know what they are doing and they treat you like fam!! If you want the best care and service for your best friend, this is definitely the spot!!

Like many other frustrated people here, if I can give this place a zero, I would. Took my dog in for emergency. They first took my dog in for checkups and then came out and told me that the doctor is changing shift that I had to wait in a room with my dog. It would be just a few minutes. I waited waited and waited... 45 minutes passed, I asked the receptionist to see if any doctor is coming. And she told me it was going to be just a few more minutes... and that few more minutes turned into another half an hour wait. If your dog needs immediate care, this is NOT the place to be. It place is beyond horrible. Maybe this is a ok place to give your loved little ones regular checkups, but definitely not reliable if your pet needs immediate attention.
