I hope the police wasn't involved in disturbing a man's sleep which is a violation of his civil rights. Direct or indirectly by authorizing young adults in a red mustang to play their music far above the noise ordinance to hinder a working traveler to wake is still horrible no matter how you twist it. As you drive by while the act is committed or sending them over is still life endangering and abuse of power. I am concerned for my safety and was fearing for my life could be in harm's way. Luckily nothing happened to myself or vehicle like it has in the past from these actions.

I was recently arrested, assaulted with a flashlight with handcuffs on. The male that escorted me to the hospital refused to confinscate my pocket knife (contraband on jail grounds). So I ditched it in his car on the way to the hospital where I got stitched up. He refused to give me any info about why I was detained, refused his name and badge #, refused to allow the nurse to take photo's, and finally read me my right's while being stitched up. When he got me to the jail he demanded i be put on suicide watch (I'm not and wasn't then). I watched him type the police report in the hospital w/his "trainee", yet there is a woman's signature on the report. "Asking you to remove weapons (pocket knife) is not resisting arrest, I begged the female officer to get it out, and the other male officer struck me with a flashlight. Officer #4754 did you have to type up the report, because officer #1529 never came to the hospital, or dropped me off at the jail... Are fairytales the new formula for officer's to create false charge after they've injured someone? Keep me separate from gen pop so no one could see the damage? Tsk tsk tsk, the entire report is lies. Kathryn Endresen did not arrest me. #4754 did, then the other male officer struck me... Handcuffs already on, then quickly shoved me in the car cause I was bleeding. Officer Endresen was gone before the ambulance showed up. How often are your reports this wrong? Kinda fear you #4754, you're dangerous! Can't wait for court, when I let it be know she didn't arrest me. You arrested me for being in park after hours... Then I was assaulted by an officer. You typed up a lovely report keeping yourself and the officer that assaulted me out of it. Do y'all policemen usually put a lady officer's signature on your dirt? Just curious.

All officers responsible for the home invasion should have their home addresses released to the public so we the people can come torment your family's. You cowards make me sick. Justice for Ilya

Very saddened by the home invasion without a warrant and being asked repeatedly to show a warrant or leave nicely. Breaking into a house through a window guns and tazers drawn and ripping an infant from its kother all the while your buddy is pokinh and instigating an unarmed man sitting down with a phone in his hand.? What is going on here? "We dont need a warrant"... Since when? Watch out they are determined to "protect and serve the life out of you". An investigation into these officers is needed and retraining as well as a crash corse in the laws of thus country. You cant put on costumes and pretend! You taje oaths to uphold our constitution.

Corrupt, biased, lazy, incompetent, zero comprehension at all as to what justice, equality, rights, or to serve and protect actually means. I have been victimized by my daughters mother over and over again for years in Vancouver. This so called police department has failed to do anything to safeguard me and also my daughter from a psychopath who has done nothing but lie and manipulate them and also the courts in this county. Just in the last few weeks and months, she used my social security number to run my credit and also used my password to get in to my email account. Yes I have evidence, but they don't care. Over the last few years she has falsely accused me of abuse, used our daughter and her control over her to extort me, slandered and attacked my character with false information, committed perjury, posted nude images of me online with my name and phone number, stole my identity, hacked in to my; bank accounts, phone records, facebook, and much more. But as soon as I got upset that all of this was going on and no one would do anything to protect me and stop her, I got thrown in jail, a no-contact order issued and don't get to see or raise my daughter anymore, while paying child support, daycare and other expenses for over 4 years now. You can bet that the state of WA is still getting those federal child support enforcement incentive funds aren't they?? Just have to violate a few good parents civil and constitutional rights to do it, but that isn't a problem for this so called police force. A huge conflict of interest and wrong on many levels. Well you can go hell Vancouver Police, and especially you Chief.. who lied to me, said you would have an investigator call me and did not, after an nearly 2 hour conversation about all of these felonies committed against me and me and my child rights being violated/denied. Nothing but a bunch of liars and lazy pigs, not wanting to do any real work, hold a psychopath (cause she is a woman/mother) accountable for her actions, or accept that they made a mistake, take accountability and make things right. PATHETIC.
