Never work for this city. Worst employer i haver ever worked for. Poor leadership starting at the city manager. The city of Vandalia is one of the most under staffed and under paid cities or townships in the dayton area for fire department, They are putting citizen at risk with there under trained and, under qualified employees, and sub stander leadership by Chad Follick the fire chief.
Called about my water bill and the lady was horribly rude to me. I only asked a simple question and she acted like it was so inconvenient. There’s absolutely no reason for her to be like that when I was being kind.
