In service, Jerry was very nice and welcoming. I told him I was supposed to ask for Jason. Jason walked up to me without saying anything and reached for my keys and walked away. No one gave me an estimated time of how long my car would take. After a couple minutes of silence, I asked the lady at the desk if there was anything else they needed from me and she said no. A customer shouldn't have to ask these questions and service let the customer know what is going on. Very frustrating. Everybody needs to take a lesson from Jerry what being personable means. Overall experience - 4. Service - 2. Would've been 5 if it hadn't been for the service department.

We just bought a car from VanDevere. The salesperson Ms. Carrie Silket has been extremely patient and kind with us. She is knowledgeable and professional. As a non-native speaker, we are so happy to have her help us throughout the buying process. Highly recommended!

The dealership is the best I have ever dealt with they went out of there way to help. A big thanks to Dave Buick Sales manager and Kenny Richardson Buick sales both are not just good but great woukd recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience buying my 2017 Jeep Compass from VanDevere Buick. My salesman Kyle Ryan was very courteous, patient, and personable. I never felt pressured into making a decision and he helped to ease the stress of buying a new car. I went in with my eye on a certain car and Kyle and the whole VanDevere team made sure I drove away in my new Jeep. I would highly recommend VanDevere Buick to anyone looking for a new vehicle, and be sure to ask for Kyle Ryan if you decide to do business with them.
