New owners.  Your car is no longer hand soaped and power washed or towel dried after.  I used to work there. The big wig who bought the place from Chicago laid everyone off without even a paycheck or severance pay after he bought the place.  Do yourself a favor, use the car wash on state road, by Marc's near portage crossing. They still hand dry because the owner isn't a scumbag just looking to fill his wallet.

I had my husband's Audi A5 detailed there.  It is like a new car.  Great job.  There were even able to get out some of the small dings on the doors.
