Customer service is good.  The waiting room is pretty small and some people was left standing for long periods of time. In my opinion since this is an OB-GYN place, most people was there either because of pregnancy and had little ones in tow.

I really like this new location, the reason why i did not give 5 stars to this location is because two weeks ago, I was seen by Dr. RIVERA and when i was explaining all my concerns and my past medical history, he kept repeating "your past does not matter". So if that information does not matter to him why would I want to have him as my Dr? 

My health and my baby to be born really matter to me, and i think it should matter enough for my Dr. To even hear my past medical history and concerns.

My experiences here have always been pleasant. I make morning appointments and normally in and out within 2 hours max. The doctors amd staff always treat me kindly.
