I've been going here for years. My hair always looks great when I leave. The staff is friendly and live the product lines they use!

This salon is just "okay". I wanted some blonder highlights and the stylist ended up dying my roots from the bottle, did a few foils, and it came out looking orange. She told me that I needed to get purple shampoo to help get rid of the brassiness so I listened to her suggestion and did that. My hair was incredibly brassy and orange & it looked like I did it myself. She also didn't put a toner on which I thought was weird, because I have been to other salons and the stylists have always put a toner on after highlights. I did call the next day and tell her it was too brassy and she was great about it, she had me come in again to put a toner on it but it was just a waste of my time to come all the way in the next day when it could have been prevented in the beginning. I do think that the staff is nice and accommodating, but it is not the right salon for me.

The customer service is excellent.....Krista has been cutting my hair for at least 4 years...the reason I keep going back to her.......she does exactly what I ask....she has never tried to talk me into changing my cut to something she thinks would look better...lol...always a pleasant atmosphere...welcoming smile and a nice cold drink of water....

Customer service stinks. Made an appointment and I even rescheduled my whole day around just to fit in their time slot and then when I arrive their I am told they are double booked. Now instead of calling me and saying hey is it okay if we get you in another day they don't even bother so now I go all the way there for nothing. I am glad they have the common courtesy to call me so don't plan an event and then expect to get your hair done right before because you definitely cant count on these people to keep your appointment So if it doesn't matter when you want to get your hair cut and you have nothing better to do then drive over there for nothing this is the place to get you hair done I mean what's the point of an appointment if no one keeps it. Just do walk ins like great clips
