Dr. Hickson is amazing. Every VarietyCare primary / family care physician I have ever seen has been incredible. However, the nursing staff is often rude (I can deal with that) and we have been referred to their Behavioral Department for both Counseling and Psychiatry. My son was seen by a counselor there (inconsistently) for a few months before that therapist resigned. When we made an appointment with a new therapist at this location, we were not seen because the therapist brought another patient into her office during our time slot and we were told we would not be seen. We received another referral to Behavioral Health more recently for a Psychiatrist's evaluation. The Behavioral Health receptionist calls, I pick up on the first ring every time and she has already hung up every time. I have missed 2-3 calls from them and they never leave a voicemail. I have called dozens of times, left dozens of voicemails, and even spoken to the department manager and still do not have an appointment after waiting for over a month. I highly recommend this VarietyCare location for primary care, but strongly urge you to reconsider seeking any sort of behavioral health treatment here.

Dr. Nicole Hickson is THE BEST doctor I've ever had for me or my family. My daughter has some very confusing and super rare diagnoses, and I trust no one more for her general care. Dr. Hickson is smart, down to earth, honest, sweet...and most importantly, she'll actually say "I don't know." I feel like we won the doctor lottery with her.

Worst place ever, don’t recommend this place. Took my baby to the osu clinic as walk in they turned me down, they told me to take my baby to the open access clinic they turned me down because the providers didn’t want to see more patients. Baby had high fever and wheezing, It was 4:30 i believe they close at 7:00pm. Front desk staff are rude! My baby enden up at the hospital the next day diagnosed with bronchiolitis
