Our 20 year old beloved cat stopped eating and drinking, fearing for her health and comfort at the end of her life, crown hill was one of several places we called looking for prices and care we could afford.

Making the appointment was fast, and the team was all kind and patient as we said good bye, even though they were closing up, we never felt rushed. And I felt our Vinny was respected through the end.

First off, I super love the staff. Everyone's friendly and patient, the doctors are great at what they do. I trust them completely with my great Dane. That said, corporate has been making bad changes. They reduced opening hours, closed Sundays including for boarding pickups, and increased prices. So in effect, less service for higher prices. Even for someone on a care plan, things just got more expensive.

Busy/heavy schedules seem to be the norm. Thorough scheduling and follow ups, but TXT update system not responding.  Dr. Wang was genuine and excellent with strong attention to detail.

Took my dog in today for his annual exam and saw Dr. Weir. Honestly she was one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met and very kind and open minded too. She REALLY taught me a lot in the intelligent advice and tips she shared. She really really explains things in such a detailed way and I learned so much from her! Everything she had to say was interesting. And she also has a very calm presence which makes one feel at ease. It was great to have an open discussion with her about specific questions I had and she truly listens with such an open mind and has a great range of how she views things. Terrific vet!

They were incredibly professional, thoughtful and caring when we came here to euthanize our dog. They have been great when caring for our pet and boarding our pet.
