Northside came highly recommended from my dog walker when I was a new pet adopter. I have been going there for about three years now and they have always been great, whether for emergencies without a scheduled appointment or for scheduled routine visits. I drive up from Redlands and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great place to take your pet for care. The people that work there seem to really care about your animals.. Love the girls that work the front desk..

The staff is nice and professional but it's very pricey. I wanted to get a tumor removed on my dog and they quoted me a little over $1000. I went to a different vet(arrowview animal hospital) and they quoted me $681 for the same procedure. They're very nice but if you're on a budget it's not the best place to go.

Staff was nice, but even after an appointment was made a week prior, we were waiting an hour after our scheduled time. 
That was a little frustrating. I asked a couple times how long the wait would be, and I kept getting the answer that I was "next" and still continued to wait 40 min. After that. I understand having to wait, but why not a warning or why schedule so many appointments back to back if people are waiting so long ?
