The staff are really nice. First time there I waited almost an entire hour just to get in a room, so my kitten was in a box the entire time. I do understand this part because many people were there putting their animals down that day.

I had brought a stool sample, they lost it and never processed it. Probably because they were so busy.

The REAL kicker, the vet gave me some generic kitten advice and actually recommended declawing my kitten in the future "depending on what kind of furniture I have".

I couldn't run out of there fast enough with my little girl.

When our family rescue our dog about 2 years ago, this was the only place able to get us an appointment right away as soon as possible and take care of all our concerns and sorrows, always available when we need them for our Dog 🐶, even over the phone or by email
Thanks 🙏🏼 to all the very friendly and caring staff, they keep always in contact with us to be sure our dog is doing good after every visit. Now we decided to get a new puppy 🐶 and again they are very supportive  and answering all of our questions. They are part of the journey with the new member of our family.

We have been coming here for twenty years and they treat us like family. Some doctors have changed but we still go there because of their expertise and attentive staff. Highly recommend it!
