Wish I didnt have to give them the star i did to be honest. I agree with the other person theyre crooks an all about the money. They killed my dog!! Just dont bring yours there if you want yours to live!!! I wouldn't bring another one of my animals to them ever again!

Extremely rude, these people are crooks. All they do is ask you to for $$, test, after test, after test without giving you answers. After spending a good amount of $, I pick up my pet in the same condition that she was dropped off in. We have no diagnosis for our dog, you would think that by you bringing your pet to the hospital, and them being professionals they would lead you down the road to bringing you Dog back to good health. We don't only have 1 Pet on Wellness Plan, but we have 2 dogs and have been long time customers. Yet, it means nothing to them. All they are concerned with is how much $$ they can get out of you per visit. Please, be aware of "THIS IS OUR PROCESS" which is how your bill will go through the roof. Your better of bringing them to an actual veterinarian, than this poor excuse of a pet hospital. When nothing that they do, reflect a caring, honest, place that you bring a pet that is just like a family member. I am disgusted with this place and how they conduct business. That I will make sure that none of my friends, family, Co workers, social friends, and anyone that I know for that matter. Not to bring their pet here !!!

they keep charging for pet insurance, i cancelled in december an no longer have cat,just noticed on statement they keep takin money.gonna get full refund today or file complaint

Traffic jam and rain. Just 10 minutes late. Lady in front said he was already "half way done" through his appointment which isn't going to fly. But you can tell the service is pretty rough in general so I'm looking for another banfiled nearby.
