New to Dallas, and took my two little kitties for their first checkup. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and we were in and out in no time! My kitties are feral caught so I was worried about how theyd react at the clinic but the vet handled them with care and were very calm when they came out. The desk and vet both did a follow up 1-2weeks later (which surprised me) and received a welcome letter in the mail. What a lovely clinic, will definitely be going there for any needs my kitties have.

Update: My kitties birthdays are in March and we received birthday letters for both them, what a lovely surprise! :)

I had a great experience here. I had been looking for an avian vet for some time, and this is the perfect place! Exotic vets typically charge a lot more for their serveses but this office does not. The doctor was very professional and was great with my little Parrotlet, he was warming and made the whole process very comfortable. I will definitely come back for anything in the future!

I cannot tell you how very pleased I am with Dr. Hille and his team at Park Cities Animal Hospital.  It is incredibly hard to find a vet that takes care of exotics (we have a bearded dragon) as well as dogs, cats etc, and I have found one for sure. 

If you want excellent top notch veterinarian care, excellent customer service, and a kind loving staff…. look no further. The office is not only easy to get to, but clean and very comfortable too. There are many choices much closer to home, but this one is worth the drive.

My family has been coming to Park Cities Animal Hospital for several years. We love them, and they are excellent with our cats and dogs.

You guys are the best especially regarding the following:
Always friendly and helpful on the phone and in clinic.
Genuinely concerned about our pets & their well being.
Consistent will follow-up calls on treatment.
All staff are knowledgeable & well-informed.
Always work patients in when necessary.
