Dr Reed has been absolutely wonderful with my elderly cat, Jack, for the past few years. He is caring, attentive and spends the time with you. The staff Mia and Carol are friendly and helpful. I am very happy with them.

We had our Great Danes Charger and Rocky in their care from puppies until their passing. I can only say great things from their admissions staff Carol and Brianna to ALL of the techs that were involved in their care (too many to mention) to Dr. Reed. They treated Rocky like a king for the last year and worked so hard to keep him going and comfy and were truly there for us when we lost him. Now we have 2 new great dane puppies in their care to start this ride all over again!

Took my sick dog in at 5:30PM to the Rancho Mirage location! They are open until 7PM. They tell me I have to take him to the Indio location because it was too close to closing time to be able to help my dog. I take him to the Indio location and get there at 6:10. They wanted to charge me Emergency rates because it was 10 minutes after 6PM. I explained that I was sent by there other location, which was open until 7, and they did not care. The receptionist was cold and had the attitude that she did not care what so ever. If that is a reflection on there service I would NOT take your animals there. I for one will never refer them or take my animals there!
