We had a very pleasant experience at venture auto inc. It was a breath of fresh are not to be hassled to spend more than what we wanted. Aaron was very straight forward and honest. He helped us find what we were looking for, we purchased the same day. Highly recommended.

Helpful and easy to talk to staff. They allowed us to test drive as soon as we got to the lot with no pressure into purchasing.  Once I had decided on a vehicle to purchase Aaron stayed after hours to help me with the paper work.

Excellent sales staff. Not pushy into purchasing, but very helpful and encourgaging. Willing to provide all necessary info about the car, and test driving is available. Lastly, they're very easy to talk to and friendly.

Excellent and friendly customer service.  The dealers were helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. There was a good selection of quality used vehicles at this dealership.

Buyer Beware!!

Be really careful buying a used car from this dealership. I purchased a used 1997 Honda Civic for way above the blue book value thinking I would be getting a reliable car that would take me to work and back and they sold me the car just like that. Less than 2 weeks and a few hundred miles later, the car failed on me while I was driving on the freeway. It was a very scary situation. I had it towed to the closest mechanic who told me that my transmission is done and I had to get a new one. Called up the dealership and they told me to go to a junkyard and buy a transmission from them. 

I'm still without a car and all because I was sold a big paperweight. Do yourself a favor and have your car thoroughly inspected by your mechanic before buying from them.  Or you will go through a hassle of having to spend money to fix the car yourself.
