Last Tuesday (7-26-2016) my companion suffered a fall and dislocated her shoulder. We spent 7 hours in the ER where all the staff were professional, more than competent, thorough, kind, and compassionate. They treated her and me with the utmost respect and a dash of humor when appropriate. We can't thank Mark and Dr Carskadden enough.

I just returned home from a procedure in the surgery center in one piece. I was impressed from registration to release. Susan, Diane, Amy, Lori, Paula, Dana, Cassidy, the IV guy (sorry, name escapes me, but you were great, Dana, and another whose name I forget, but appreciate much, and of course Dr. Faulkner, were all excellent in making me informed and comfortable. Thank y'all so much.

The staff here is amazing. I had to go to the emergency room yesterday for a large gash in my leg sustained while hiking. The nurses are friendly and professional and they give painless shots. Dr. Piatt was terrific and did a great job sewing me up. You are lucky if you get to go here for treatment!

I recently went to the Emergency Room at the Verde Valley Medical Center, Sedona Campus for treatment of serious skin rash problem. The staff were very efficient. Minimal paper work. I was in front of a well qualified doctor in less than three minutes. The diagnosis was helpful as were the treatments suggested. If you have a medical problem and need immediate care in the Sedona area, this is the place to go.
