Lovely hotel and location. I would have easily given 4-5 stars if they hadn't stolen my things. I was absentminded enough to leave behind everything I hung in the closet. Totally my fault! I felt really stupid about it. Happy to pay whatever for them to send me the purse, 2 belts, and 2 sweaters. I was told that housekeeping was a seperate area and I would need to file a detailed claim. Okay, no problem. Not a single item was found. No one reported my closet full of items to the front desk and no one ever intended to return what I'd left behind. I can only assume that someone took it. I feel so foolish and also angry. The front desk person basically told me that they couldn't call me for leaving items behind, because they could be items from the next guest in the room. What does that even mean?! I can never go back. Don't make the same mistake I did.

If you are looking to explore Sedona and Red Rock State Park and more this is a great place to call home for a few days. Relaxing, great rooms, friendly and very helpful staff all capped off with beautiful views. My wife and I only stayed two nights here but wished we'd stayed longer. We look forward to going back. Staff were great on check in. We got appointed and lovely room but my wife after three days of walking in Arizona desperately wanted a bath. No drama they team moved us to a room with a bath and a view that was amazing. The rooms are great. Big beds and a stunning gas fire, perfect for kicking back and unwinding after a a long day hiking in the canyons and parks. There is a hiking supply shop on site. The lady there was super helpful guiding my wife and on on where to go and what hikes would suits our needs. Devils bridge was awesome. Breakfast is great. Friendly and helpful staff and a great choice. A great hotel in a beautiful part of the USA. Pics are views from our balcony!

Terrible hotel. A great hotel experience is all about details. We came to Sedona on our way to the Grand Canyon. The city is gorgeous and the dining is excellent, also the hikes are hard to beat. Can’t recommend this place enough. However, try to stay anywhere else other than the Hilton at Bell Rock ($400/night), it was disappointing in every respect. Booked a month in advance, and still managed to get a room with two(small) beds instead of the king we wanted. The manager Alex from Washington (because that’s all the info they give you so nobody is accountable) managed to let us know he didn’t care that the massage service I received was among the worst in my life. Plus, it was 30 mins shorter that we had booked. We complained about it and got a bottle of wine from room service to make it up(I don’t even drink). Wife wanted to, but the cork opener they were supposed to bring shortly after never arrived. Early in the morning when asking where to refill a water bottle instead of being told where one of the many filling stations were, the manger intimated that only bottled water was available... I could go on, but we left and we are fortunate enough to drop it once others have been informed;)

Nice ambiance to stay, real quite place to stay at. great views to wake up to, the fire place is the best part of the resort, spent both nights down there sitting and talking to strangers, nice to know people still talk to one another in the digital world, enjoyed the place. But the reason for 3 stars to this hotel, rooms were supposed to be renovated, it did not look like there was much done on guest rooms, the HVAC was as having issues, the room reminded near 73 during our stay, we changed in multiple times to get it little cooler.

Top notch facility and service. Great amenities and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!
