My husband and I absolutely love this Verizon store.  The staff here is very knowledgeable and professional.  We live in Virginia but also have a vacation home in Pierson.  That said we intentionally wait and do all our phone needs while we are in Florida and with this store, because we feel welcome and of value here.

Verizon in DeLand is awesome! It was pretty easy to get a new phone today. The salesman answered all my questions and more.

I list a 64 bit memory card and they never returned it to me. I went in at least 3 times and spoke with 3 different sales associates. Never got resolution.  I finally just gave up.

Travis is the best!  He's very kind and helpful!!!  I definitely recommend the Deerfield store and Travis to help you make the right decision on your next phone.
