Be prepared to waste a lot of time checking out. This Walmart has decided to do away with most of their cashiers. They replaced them with self checkout. They only keep maybe 3 or 4 live people on register. So you either have to deal with cashiers that are overwhelmed or deal with extremely slow self serve. Let's be honest. The only reason they put self serve is to not hire people. It's not faster since you usually have braindead people having trouble figuring out how to use it. Unfortunately if you want a decent Walmart, you have to go to another town. Orange City is pretty good. They still believe in having enough cashiers.

I like going to this store for the eye doctor, he is very good. I have not found many of the store staff very helpful or friendly, customer service. Cashiers, would be nice if there were more than 2. Garden, and tires are best to check out and nice. Deli also has nice people.

Open 24 hours - lots of self checkouts have been added this year which makes it faster to get out. Sometimes they are out of stock of more than one thing i buy on a regular basis so they could do better keeping their shelves stocked but overall good store.

Great location. Found floor associates very helpful. Self service checkout easy. Associate eager to help out re checkout.

When they changed to more scan and go registers you wait longer in the other lines. Not everyone likes the scan and go check outs. I can see people getting annoyed and start going to other stores. It would be nice to have more dividers at the check outs. Today we stood in line probably 30 or more minutes and when you have a disability it's very annoying.
