On Friday, February 2, 2018 we (Carol VanEtten and I) went to the Verizon store to check on a recent statement and to explore purchasing new phones. At that time we met Saif Ahmad. We purchased new phones and worked with him for about three hours. We had to leave and he gave us his number to call if we needed further assistance. I called on Saturday, February 3, 2018 to try to arrange an appointment for assistance. He volunteered to come to our house on Sunday morning! He just left and was wonderful. He took time to help with settings and answered all of our questions. You should regard him as a valued employee. There are not many like him. You are fortunate to have him on your team. Was waiting for over an hour to listen to them talk nonsense to customers instead of conducting business. The blonde can't even type and talk at the same time. I am a business phone customer, and I would always acknowledge my customers, as they did not us! I guess I will have to call ahead for Eric or George to have things done right.

Excellent service from Eric and Chris. Knowledgeable, professional, and saved me money. Eric even came in on his day off. Instead of buying a new device and feeling pressured or confused, I was totally comfortable and relaxed. I recommend, when you want to upgrade, or have questions to take the time to stop and see these guys.

my son went into the Johnstown store to replace his damaged phone that he got in November of 2016 from this store. The account holds 2 phones, one of which is mine and my son's. I gave him my information so he could get another phone. I told him not to add any more money to our monthly bill as I just paid off my phone. He does not have insurance on his phone so he paid off the balance on the damaged phone and was going to replace with the same phone. He was told that they no longer have that phone(MotoZ )anymore and that it was replaced with MotoZ 2. He told the salesperson that he needed to keep our bill the same and not add any more $ to the monthly payment. He was told that it was only an additional $.15(cents) more than his old phone. I then get an email with the new monthly charges which is approximately $15.00 more than we were currently paying($129.46) so now the new bill is $143.96! The Salesperson DID NOT research the bill fully to see that he had a promotional credit of $15.00 on our account because he bought the MOTOZ phone on a black Friday sale! Due to the Johnstown stores salesperson negligence in fully researching the bill...... .....I think Verizon/Cellular Sales should honor the promotional discount on this MOTO Z2 phone. I have been a Verizon customer for approximately 15 years!

After being an AT&T customer for over 10 yrs. Came into this store and my daughter and I both left very pleased with our new Verizon plan. Anthony was professional and friendly. Glad to be a part of the Verizon family.
