This Wal-Mart is one of the better ones in the area. There are actually associates located at the different departments for a large portion of the day. Customer service is fair to good. Only issue I run into here is the constant lack of cashiers. There are almost always lines at this store. Lines of 3-5 people in front of you consistently. And cashiers typically show no sign of caring.

About 15 mins ago I went to grab some groceries with my 1 & 8 year old daughters. I left bags there so I called, after waiting for 15 mins and getting sent back to the operator o finally got to customer Service. I asked her if there was a bag with these items. Instead of looking she just said that there were 4 bags up here and just to come in. I said I had children and I didn’t want to bring them out in the cold. She said then just bring it when you can.. ALL I wanted was for her to check. That was it! If this is what Walmart calls Customer Service then they need a reality check. After I grab my stuff I will never go there again. I will be driving 20 mins out of my way and go to Target.

Regular every day items not in all stores. Now I have to go to Amsterdam to get what I want. They used to sell it, but someone's bright idea did away with it.

For a Wal-Mart it's not to bad. Their shelves, most times are stocked, but there has been a few times I've been there and they've been out of several items at a times, very disappointing. Can't find many good clearance at this Wal-Mart either. All in all, it's still a good store with friendly staff. Edit: never any lines open, regardless of the time of day.

Hate waiting I n lines even self checkouts l. And. My opinion if you can't speak English in a store don't go. Learned that really in life from my grandparents from Poland
