On Xmas Eve I smashed my phone while out Xmas shopping in Williston Vt. It was 4:30 and the Cellular store had sign they closed 30 minutes prior. The salesman ,Edwin Rivera, spotted my frantic look and gladly opened the door. I actually contacted Ed to return my Pixel for the Pixel 2 and he was so great about it. I just finished my exchange with Edwin and the resourceful Morgan, that made the experience painless and I left a very happy Camper! Great team work and helpful, knowledgeable staff. And very pleasant! Recommend Williston Verizon Cellular Sales any day!

Best Verizon experience thus far!!! Tyler was so attentive and helped with everything. I am not too tech savvy and he really helped me feel comfortable with the phone I got. Thank you Tyler for your wonderful customer service!!

I had gotten a warranty replacement for a screen protector and I stink at putting them on, so I went in the store to try to get some help with getting it put on, immediately the guy noticed they weren’t the ones they sold there and he was pissy to me after that. I pay $300 a month to Verizon and you would think they would at least give me a little bit of good customer service. And to top it off the guy put the protector on horribly, I’m assuming purposefully since I didn’t buy it there. And now the screen protector has a huge rainbow line going down one side of it that’s distracting from the screen. Very unsatisfied, makes me want to switch to a different phone company.
