Best Buy SOMEWHERE ELSE. My very expensive purchase stopped working just weeks after I bought it from my local store. They refused to give me a replacement or a refund and told me to take it up with their vendor directly because more than 15 days had passed (it was 41 days by the time I got back to the store). I now have to pay to ship the very heavy item to the manufacturer, potentially pay a percentage of warranty fee and wait at least 2 weeks, if not months, before I can use the item again. At least when I shop Amazon, they stand behind the products that they sell and don't pass the buck - oh and they are a lot less expensive! I can't post with selecting 1 star, otherwise there wouldn't be any. I should also mention that the manager was extremely rude and pompous.

Went to your store today to purchase a printer and a TV. Finally found a sales clerk after about 25 min that didn't know as much about the printer as I did and was less than personable. On to the TV section where we stood for at least 20 min with no one offering to help. We like to support the local store and not shop on line but you are not making it a pleasant experience. TV's on display with tags below and around but difficult to tell which tag belonged to which TV. We left the store with no TV.

I just purchase about $1,000 worth of merchandise from this location and when trying to call to give authorization for my boyfriend to pick the item up I was on the phone for almost an hour trying to get past the automated system. I was forced to give up trying because I didn't have that kind of time to WASTE completely and I was clearly getting no where. The customer service is absolutely awful. When my boyfriend went to pick up my item they didn't even ask his name. Which was great because i needed my order but at the same time I will never order/purchase a thing again from Best Buy because the customer service is awful and super sketchy that just about anyone who knew what I ordered could go and just pick my order up. Super unhappy, now I have a credit card for a store I will never purchase anything from again.

Really poor shopping experience where 5% of my time was spent browsing and 94% finding and waiting for employees to "help" me purchase a computer. The last 1% was me guffawing after waiting that long, only to find the item wasn't in stock.

It was quite humorous listening to the three gentlemen over in home theater talk about video games for 10 minutes while I was patiently waiting for help. Once they were done with their conversation I was helped. I think I'll stick with Amazon and just wait a day for my Prime shipping then have to deal with these guys.
