We visited our Eden Verizon store last week so our son could upgrade...though everybody there was nice and helpful, we were fortunate enough to more than have our needs met by Erin ! Erin immediately treated us like family, maybe better, and easily handled all of our concerns. She reviewed our plan, gave us all our options and made really good suggestions that we might not have arrived at ourselves. This is as good as it gets when you are ever conscious of not increasing your monthly bill. It will be our intention to always attempt to access Erin for all our future Verizon business. Thanks so much Erin !

I had a great experience at the Eden store; my rep Erin Navy was very helpful with making sure everything was working well on my new iPhone 8 plus. I made an appointment earlier in the week for Saturday and she was there waiting on us; I really love this store. Ms. Navy made the transaction very smooth and simple; she was very patient with us and never rushed the sale or anything. If I ever need anything else; I will def be calling her. Thanks again Erin!!!!

The Eden, NC Store is awesome! Mark Dillard was very helpful! He helped me with my phone and did everything he could to make sure I was happy with my new phone. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He went over and beyond to help me and was patient to transfer my thousands of pictures, videos, and contacts for work. Thanks again Mark!

So I went to Verizon in Eden because I saw so many good reviews on Mark. Asked for him and the reviews were right on point. Mark is awesome and the experience was fantastic!!! He transferred all my info. If you need a new go to Mark in Eden! He's the man!😊

Raha Cannon did a wonderful job working with me. She was very helpful and fast when transferring my information to my new phone. She made sure everthing was working correctly on my phone before I left the store. I will surely be recommending her to friends and family if they have phone trouble.
