Our rep today was great. He helped get us a new phone upgraded a new tablet plus all accessories we needed. He was very helpful in explaining everything to my husband to get him started with his first smart phone. We would highly recommend him. thank you.

The rep was fantastic.  Helped me get my daughter a new phone and made me the best deal.   This is the store I always go to and will continue because of there honesty and courtesy

The experience at Verizon was excellent.  We were promptly attended to.  He was able to help us upgrade our phones and work to get the most out of our plan without a huge increase in fees.  Well worth coming to Newport.

We came in to update phones on our account. Sales rep mentioned a newer plan that would save us money and included a new tablet. We bought the new tablet and he saved us $20 a month on our bill! We most definitely recommend this store.

My wife and I visited the Verizon store to buy her an iPhone SE. Jacob greeted us as we walked in the door. We ended up buying the iPhone and completing all the transactions and setup in about one hour. Jacob was very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. Enjoyed working with him. Good experience overall.
